Our Practice

Located in central Washington, D.C., our goal is to provide state-of-the-art medical and cosmetic services in a personal and caring environment. Dr. Stephen J. Wall brings an exceptional level of medical and surgical care to the residents of the District and beyond.

Facial Cosmetic Surgery combines the elements of aesthetics and science as its measure of successful results. In choosing a surgeon, it is essential that he or she possess both manual skills and artistic imagination.

It is the surgeon's responsibility to evaluate artistic goals within the framework of functional anatomic limitations and to explain to the patient what can be accomplished safely. Communication between patient and physician is the key to ensuring that you will be pleased with the results of the operation. The practice of surgery is based on a thorough knowledge of basic anatomy and clinical issues. Perfection may be an elusive goal, but we strive to maintain consistently high standards.

Dr. Wall’s other specialty is Otolaryngology. This is the medical field that treats conditions affecting the ears, nose, sinuses, face, larynx, pharynx, and head and neck. In many ENT conditions, contemporary procedures have replaced more radical surgeries, lowering complications and improving outcomes. Dr. Wall’s use of endoscopes to treat ENT conditions has been a defining change in the way we practice, but does not replace his surgical skills.

We develop specific solutions for an individual patient’s needs rather than relying upon general approaches. By providing levels of unmatched care, we hope to build enduring relationships with our patients. Dr. Wall offers both facial plastic surgery procedures and treatments for ENT medical conditions, including:
